Start with seated or standing
The official functions page lists several spaces with different layouts. The Upstairs room is described for 40 seated or 150 cocktail-style guests. The Boardroom seats up to 20. Treat those numbers as published format guides, not confirmation of availability.
Other room options
The Restaurant is listed for 30–60 seated guests, while the Corner Bar with its courtyard accommodates up to 90 cocktail-style guests. The Garden Bar can be divided into areas or booked as a whole. Discuss the setting and access requirements with the venue.
Send an event brief
Include your date, headcount, start and finish times, meal format and any presentation or entertainment needs. Ask what is included in the room and catering proposal. A seated dinner and a standing reception use the same floor space differently.
Confirm the full arrangement
Review room access, equipment, service timing, deposits and cancellation conditions together. Record the final guest-number deadline and the contact for changes. The venue’s written booking response should guide invitations and the event schedule.
